Return Conditions

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• A 15%–35% restocking fee will apply
• Original packaging is required
• White Glove delivery service is non-refundable

Return Process

1. Contact customer service to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
2. Return the item in its original condition and packaging
3. After inspection, a refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fees

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 30 days
• Customers are responsible for shipping and up to a 30% restocking fee

Exceptions

• Defective product: Eligible for free replacement (same model)
• Non-defective exchange: No refund option after exchange

Non-Returnable Items

• Open box products (final sale)
• Opened LED masks (personal hygiene item)

Payments & Synchrony & Affirm Policy

• Orders financed through Synchrony & Affirm may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10%–25% if canceled after processing.
