Depending on the model, our 2-year or 3-year warranty coverage may include:

• Parts & Labor Coverage
• Professional technician home visits
• In-Home service and repair support
• No need to move or transport the massage chair

Many massage chair brands offer limited warranty structures, such as:

• Full coverage for only the first year
• Additional labor or service charges after the initial coverage period
• Customers paying separately for parts and/or labor
• Requiring customers to transport the chair to a designated service location

KahunaChair is committed to minimizing that inconvenience by providing Premium In-Home Service whenever applicable during the warranty period.

Even after the warranty period expires, we continue to offer paid in-home technician support upon request.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from KahunaChair or through authorized online or offline distributors/resellers.

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation or misuse
• Accidents or customer negligence
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Natural disasters or external causes
• Animal-related damage
• Liquid damage

Parts Warranty

Commercial Use

If the massage chair is used in a commercial or non-residential setting rather than for personal use, the warranty may be limited or may not apply.
